Overwhelmed with the undeserved suffering in the world and unable to effectively do anything about it, the Solar becomes sickened by his own inability to make it all right. Once his breaking point is reached, the Solar obsesses over the particular situation that causes innocents to suffer. He becomes driven to put a stop to it, at all costs, but he becomes so focused that he can no longer care about anything or anyone else.
The Solar will ignore all attempts to sway him away from his cause, and those trying to reason with the Solar risk being seen as collaborators, becoming sworn enemies of the Lawgiver. The Lawgiver will do anything that he perceives that it will take, in order to correct the given situation. Any extreme becomes justifiable.
Partial Control: The character can avoid performing illegal actions and need not label his friends as collaborators, instead seeing their advice as misguided or foolish.
Duration: The character's Essence in weeks, or the successful correction of whatever evil was causing the suffering, which drew his wrath.
